This is a beautiful hotel and its in a solid location. Easy to cycle up the Bund and easy enough to get around the rest of Shanghai. The staff were helpful and the hotel has "soul", which is hard to find anywhere in the world!,"Well-designed","Comfortable bed"[2018-06-06 19:55]

设计很不错。餐厅也很不错。但房间地板卫生都做不好。前台服务意识很不够，看到客人了，和客人对视什么的表情都像看贼一样。我知道是设计酒店，但那个“No Photo”的牌子看起来让客人感觉非常差。
